Are GIA Products fragrance oils authentic designer fragrances?

No. Our fragrance oils are designer inspired alternatives created to smell similar to popular fragrances. They are not original designer perfumes or colognes.

What size are the fragrance oils?

Each fragrance oil comes in a 10 ml roller bottle that is convenient for everyday use and travel.

Are your fragrance oils diluted?

GIA Products fragrance oils are sold as concentrated, uncut fragrance oils. Because they are concentrated, a small amount can go a long way.

How long does the fragrance last?

Longevity varies based on the fragrance, your skin chemistry, how much you apply, and where you apply it. Applying the oil to pulse points and moisturized skin may help the scent last longer.

How should I apply fragrance oil?

Apply a small amount to pulse points such as your wrists, neck, behind your ears, or inside your elbows. Avoid rubbing your wrists together because this may affect how the fragrance develops.

Can fragrance oils be applied to clothing?

We recommend applying fragrance oils directly to the skin. Oils may stain or discolor certain fabrics, so avoid applying them directly to clothing.

Are your fragrance oils safe for sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin reacts differently. Perform a small patch test before regular use and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Review the ingredients carefully if you have known allergies or sensitivities.

What do the letters W, M, and U mean?

W Type means the fragrance is traditionally marketed toward women.

M Type means the fragrance is traditionally marketed toward men.

U Type means the fragrance is considered unisex.

Also, you can think about the scent families you normally enjoy, such as sweet, floral, fresh, fruity, woody, spicy, or clean. Product descriptions on the website include fragrance notes and recommendations to help you choose.

Do you accept returns on fragrance oils?

For health, safety, and product integrity reasons, fragrance oils are not eligible for returns or refunds. Once an oil has been shipped, we cannot verify whether it has been used, opened, or altered.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact GIAProducts9@gmail.com immediately with your order information and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item so we can review the issue.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped priority on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Priority mail delivers in between 3 to 5 business days based on distance.
